Aspen’s Signature Swedish massage is completely tailored to suit your specific needs.
It’s excellent for releasing knots and tension as well as easing tired, aching muscles with soothing warm oils. Choose from light to medium pressure and focus on areas of tension or a muscle-melting full body massage. This treatment includes inhalation of essential orange oils to calm the mind and prepare your body to be pampered.
Hot Lava Shell Relax Massage (1hr) £65
For the ultimate, calming massage, the Lava Shells Relax treatment is the soothing solution. As the therapist glides the marine polished sea shells smoothly over the body, you will instantly drift into a blanket of warmth, falling into a state of utter relaxation and calm. During the massage, the shells are worked over the palms, arms, neck and shoulder area, with the focus of the massage surrounding pressure points. Deep tissue work on these tension areas such as the feet, back and shoulders, ease away all muscle tension, knots and stress points, unblocking an energy flow and releasing a sense of balance to the entire body and mind.

This relaxing and rebalancing treatment begins with a nourishing coconut and honey foot bath, followed by a relaxing and therapeutic massage of the feet. Concentrating on vital energy and reflex points to recharge the body, mind and spirit. This gentle therapy relaxes the whole body and relieves stress and tension.
Indian Head Massage (1hr) £55
A wonderful therapeutic treatment using ancient Ayurvedic healing techniques.
The soothing orange blossom aroma calms and centres the mind, whilst the luxurious warm oils and Ayurvedic massage techniques release deep rooted tension and open the flow of energy in the head, neck and shoulders. This blissful treatment is completed with a face and eye contour massage using an energising fusion of acupressure and cool marble stones to soothe over worked eyes. A regular dose of this sunshine massage is great for clearing and revitalising the mind and boosting concentration levels.
